VisiLean India team gathered this Friday winter morning to celebrate our recent achievements, as part of our year-end celebrations. It was a day full of sports activities, scrumptious meals and interactive conversation in an atmosphere of team bonding, leisure, and celebration.
This gathering was a moment for celebrating our journey here, as well as realising the path forward; the goals yet to be achieved and the challenges that lie ahead. As a growing start-up, each year is a major milestone and recognising that with the team is integral to nurturing the culture that VisiLean believes in as a company. The sense of belonging and ownership in each member of the team is what drives our organisation forward.
